Once you are upright, keep your feet slightly apart with one leg a little forward of the other to maintain balance.
If you’re walking with your doll, take small steps and change direction with your feet rather than your body.

Folding the doll’s arms and legs into her body will help create a more compact load to carry.
Don’t bend from the back when lifting
Never bend from the waist and try to lift your doll.
Whenever possible hold your back straight and use your legs to lift from a squatting position or from one knee.
When this isn’t practical make sure that your hips and knees are bent as much as possible while leaning to reduce the pressure on your back.

Keep your shoulders level and facing the same direction as your hips, change direction with your feet not your body.
• Look ahead
Keep your head up and look ahead to where you are going not down to your doll.
• Move smoothly
Try not to jerk while lifting and moving your doll as this can make it harder to control safely.
• Know your limits
You may be surprised at how heavy your doll is, and perhaps you’ve overestimated your fitness and underestimated just how heavy her KG weight will feel.
That’s okay, take a break and regroup, there’s often a difference between the weight you can lift and the weight you can lift safely, especially with a long load like a sex doll.
