A man? Yes, a man can live without sex or masturbation for his entire life.
Most men? No. No way in hell.
Most men need sexual gratification and release, and to deny their urges completely can lead to physical and mental problems, because the average human body is made to reproduce, or at least to go through the motions.
Some men feel no need for sex, sexual gratification, physical intimacy, and/or masturbation, some are even repulsed by some/all of it, even without social pressures to feel so.
