When getting along with others, we should respect each other and have good communication. We should speak out our wishes and feelings honestly, and listen carefully and understand each other. These are important elements to establish a good relationship. Some impolite and sexually conscious words, actions, and even sounds (such as whistling) that make others feel uncomfortable, insulted, and disrespected are considered sexual harassment. Many times, the cause of sexual harassment is due to disrespectful attitudes and the existence of a sense of gender superiority. Therefore, to avoid sexual harassment, a good and equal relationship must be established between the two sexes.
